Cuisinart’s oven-safe non stick cookware is both PFOA and PTFE free. The cookware has cool touch silicone handles, glass lids, and is fine for cooking with either gas or electric cook tops. The cookware is not pre-seasoned. Unlike many non stick cookware products, Cuisinart’s non stick surface is scratch resistant so it’s actually OK to use metal utensils without fear of scratching the surfaces. To be safe, however, we recommend that you avoid using metal utensils on this and any other non stick cookware. The Cuisinart skillet’s and saucepans are rated for cooking with a 350-degree maximum temperature. You will preserve the non stick coating by washing by hand only, not in a dishwasher.

When a recipe calls for simmering, sautéing, frying, boiling, or braising, Cuisinart’s non stick pots and pans are up to the job. The 11-piece bundle of aluminum cookware includes an 8-inch skillet, a 10-inch skillet, a 1.5-quart saucepan with lid, a 2.5-quart saucepan with lid, a 3-quart saucepan with lid, a 6-quart saucepan with lid, and a 7-inch steamer insert.

Regularly priced at $300, the Cuisinart 11-Piece Aluminum Non Stick Cookware Set is only $100 during today’s Way Day sale. If you’ve been thinking about up-leveling your kitchen with a complete set of new non stick cookware, buy today in your choice of black or red exteriors and you’ll also get free shipping.

Why does coffee make me sleepy? How caffeine can leave you feeling tired
What to do when coffee has the opposite effect
man who is tired

Coffee is the most popular stimulant in the U.S., consumed by nearly 75% of Americans. As a long-time coffee drinker, there's no doubt that it's my favorite stimulant (even if its effects are unnoticeable due to my crazy high caffeine tolerance). Even though I crave coffee's taste, with a slight bitterness and light sweetness, based on taste alone, I sometimes reach for coffee simply for a major boost of energy from its caffeine content.

At times, I feel perkier after a cup of coffee, but there are also times I'm struggling to stay awake. This phenomenon has left me questioning," Why does coffee make me sleepy?" If you've felt that random wave of tiredness hit you after consuming caffeine, you might have asked yourself this question, too. The question of how coffee and tiredness are interrelated can get confusing, especially given coffee's well-known reputation as a drink that keeps you awake. Here are a few reasons you might feel tired after drinking coffee.

Jack Daniel’s launches High Toast Maple Barrel Tennessee Rye Whiskey
Jack Daniel's just released an epic rye whiskey
Jack Daniel’s

Even if you’re a casual whiskey drinker, you’ve likely enjoyed a glass or two of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 over the years. This classic Tennessee whiskey is arguably the most popular whiskey in the world and a staple on home bars everywhere. While the iconic Lynchburg, Tennessee distillery could stop there, it also makes myriad other award-winning whiskeys, including limited-edition expressions. The newest is Jack Daniel’s High Toast Maple Barrel Tennessee Rye Whiskey.
Jack Daniel’s High Toast Maple Barrel Tennessee Rye Whiskey

The newest addition to Jack Daniel’s Distillery Series line of experimental whiskeys is a Tennessee straight rye whiskey finished in high toast maple barrels. Distillery Series Selection #14 starts with a mash bill of 70% rye, 12% malted barley, and 18% corn. After distillation, it’s charcoal mellowed before being matured in new, charred American white oak barrels. Once it completes maturation, it’s matured for another three years in high-toast, no-char maple barrels. But that’s not all. It’s finished in high-toast maple barrels for another 20 months before bottling.
