Shop the Ralph Lauren Collection Team USA Will Wear During the 2018 Winter Olympics

Everyone knows that first impressions are important — especially if the whole world is watching. This week, Ralph Lauren gave us all a first look at the uniforms that Team USA will be wearing during the opening ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea.

“We’re proud that we’ve worked so closely with the athletes, as well as the U.S. Olympic Committee, to keep evolving and improving,” added David Lauren, chief innovation officer for Ralph Lareun. “The uniform celebrates the American spirit, with iconic pieces updated with modern details and technical fabrications.”

That technology refers to a built-in heating system on the team’s jackets, which utilizes battery power and electronic printed conductive inks.  And because this is America, the system is shaped like the U.S. flag.

The best part of this entire collection? You can shop it for yourself. That’s right — you can look like an Olympic athlete. Well, you can dress like one. You’re going to have to train harder to really look like one.

The lineup includes a classic parka (which features the innovative heating system) and a variety of cold weather essentials. Our favorites include the classic Team USA long-sleeve tee, these amazing suede boots, and, of course, the official ceremony sweater.

You can also design your own Team USA knit hat — within the appropriate red, white, and blue colorway, of course — and customize it with your name. Other American-made pieces, like a flag-inspired hoodie, a chino cap, and suede gloves complete with Americana-style fringe, will be released soon.

Keep an eye out for these stars on stripes on February 9 when PyeongChang 2018 officially kicks off. The games will run through February 25.

If you can’t get enough Olympic swag, Omega launched a collection of exclusive watches inspired by the Olympic rings and Columbia Sportswear developed some amazing duds for the U.S. ski team.

Jon Hamm in Your Friends & Neighbors

Few streaming services have had the kind of recent critical success that Apple TV+ has managed. Coming right off the success of Severance, the streamer premiered The Studio, which earned almost as much critical praise. Now, we have the first reviews for Your Friends & Neighbors, the next prestige series from the streamer.

This one stars Jon Hamm as a banker who loses his job, and decides to start robbing from his neighbors to maintain his extravagant lifestyle. Along the way, he learns things he never knew about the wealthy people he's surrounded himself with.

7 stunning locations The White Lotus could head to next
Could we be in for a colder stay at the hotel?
Natasha Rothwell in The White Lotus season 3

Setting is one of the pillars of good writing and filmmaking. The story's location gives purpose to the characters, immersing the audience into a vast world full of possibilities. The White Lotus uses its setting better than most other shows, and it's a good thing because how else would a series about a bunch of vacationers succeed? The show's first three seasons were set in Hawaii, Sicily, and Thailand. Each season uses those locations to incorporate different vital themes into the episodes.

The Hawaii season features commentary on imperialism and racism. The second season's Italian heritage invokes strong images of romanticism. The third season's Thailand vacation forces viewers to think about Buddhism and Eastern religions. Creator Mike White loves to get creative with his White Lotus locations and tries to make each of them feel unique. As I (and many other fans) look forward to a new season, here are some possible settings for The White Lotus season 4.

Do we actually need a John Wick 5?
John Wick 5 could be great, but if they're not going to quit following Chapter 4, I think it's fair to ask when they will.
John Wick Chapter 4

News broke this spring that John Wick was coming back to the big screen. John Wick 5 was confirmed, as was the news that John Wick: Chapter 4 director Chad Stahelski would be back for the new film. This surprise franchise, which started with a 2014 film that became a cult phenomenon, has grossed more money with each subsequent installment.

Given the franchise's success in theaters, it's hard to argue with the capitalistic logic of keeping the franchise going. If you're a fan of John Wick as a franchise, though, you'd be forgiven for wondering whether this is a wise move.
