The Prefab KODA House Can Be Modified & Moved As Much As You Want

Do you ever wish you could have a stylish work studio right on your property? Or maybe you want a place to host your in-laws during an extended stay? What if there was one building that could be your work studio one month and then transform into a guest house the next? Kodasema has created just that with their concrete KODA movable prefab.

The KODA house was designed to be repurposed and relocated as many times as you may need. With no foundation required, it can be placed just about anywhere. All Kodasema needs is level ground, a clear path for their crane, and access to utility hookups – all of which they can help you with. Once your KODA is delivered, it is move-in ready the next day. Want it moved to a different part of the property? Just contact Kodasema and they will come out to move it for you, again with just a one-day turn around time.

The flexibility of the KODA house allows you to setup a convenient work studio on your property near your home or turn it into a guest house and move it a bit further from the main house for more privacy. KODAs can also be combined to create mini shopping plazas, a series of rental homes, or a unique urban village. The basic shell of the structure allows for it to be configured to fit your current needs, as well as reconfigured for future needs.

Flexibility isn’t the only thing this house has going for it. KODAs are eco-friendly smart homes. They come equipped with solar panels, climate and CO2 controls, an RFID entry system, and built-in LED lights. The concrete used by Kodasema was developed specially for these homes and is waterproof, weatherproof, and maintenance-free. As one more bonus, should you ever decide you no longer need your KODA, it can be disassembled and reused, meaning there is zero construction waste to take it down.

Of course no one wants to live or work in a boring concrete block. Kodasema thought of that, too. The interiors are sleek, contemporary spaces that can be designed any way you want. Walls can be painted, wood flooring can be added, and one whole wall is glass – allowing natural light to pour in and keep the space bright and welcoming.

Disney is about to make a subscription to Disney+ even more enticing. Reporting suggests that Disney+ will add a new tile to the streaming service beginning in December that has content from ESPN. The company will reportedly add some live sporting events as well as some ESPN shows to Disney+, even for those who don't subscribe to ESPN+.

The change will be implemented on Dec. 4, and the new title will allow people who subscribe to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+  “full access to all of the ESPN+ sports content they love while inside Disney+, similar to the experience we offer bundle subscribers with Hulu on Disney+,” CEO Bob Iger and CFO Hugh Johnston said in commentary provided with the September quarterly results.

The next Patrick Bateman? 8 actors who could nail the role
Whoever gets the role will be compared to Christian Bale
Christian Bale in American Psycho

Luca Guadagnino has become one of the most effective storytellers in Hollywood in the last decade. Usually focusing on LGBTQ+ films, Guadagnino is creative and willing to take chances that other directors shy away from. He previously made Challengers, Call Me by Your Name, and Bones and All, but perhaps his biggest swing for the fences yet will be a remake of the cult classic circa Y2K, American Psycho. It has been leaked that the Italian filmmaker will reboot the serial killer crime drama about a seemingly normal and incredibly handsome late-20s man who hides horrific murders from his peers.

Christian Bale made Patrick Bateman an iconic character at the turn of the century, and it's a role that is hard to imagine being recast. Now in his 50s, Bale is too old to reprise Bateman and a new actor will be thrust into his big shoes. Allow us to throw our hat in the ring and brainstorm the next American Psycho star.
