Let me ask you this. What’s better than a great deal on a Costco Membership? After all, everybody loves to shop at Costco, not only for their desirable prices but an incredible variety of goods. I’ll save you the trouble. The answer is a great deal on Costco Memberships plus the opportunity to earn an in-store digital shopping card. That’s exactly the kind of deal that Groupon is offering right now and in a couple of different flavors. Allow me to explain. From October 28 until December 22, you can purchase a Costco Executive Membership for $130 and get a $45 digital Costco shopping card or you can purchase a Costco Gold Star Membership for $65 and get a $20 digital Costco shopping card.

Why shop these Costco Executive and Gold Star Membership deals at Groupon?

The first thing you may notice is that the prices for the Executive and Gold Memberships are the standard prices. Costco Executive is $130 per year plus applicable sales tax, while Costco Gold is $65 per year plus applicable sales tax. So, the deal itself isn’t necessarily giving you a discount on the membership price, but that’s okay, and here’s why. With the Executive tier, you’re eligible for a $45 digital Costco shopping card and with the Gold tier, you’re eligible for a $20 digital Costco shopping card. That essentially means you’re getting that money back to spend in-store which brings down the total price.

But why buy a Costco Membership? Honestly, have you ever been inside a Costco, because that’s answer number one right there? It’s an incredible experience and everyone should do it at least once. Of course, there are perks you get with your membership that make it worthwhile, too. With Executive you get an annual 2% reward on eligible purchases, you get exclusive Costco services discounts, you can shop online and in warehouses, and you get up to two household membership cards. With Gold, you drop the annual reward and service discounts but get everything else. A membership also gives your household access to Costco and related locations.

Prefer to shop online? No problem. The membership also nets you access to Costco.com, the brand’s online commerce portal. Anything you buy online can be picked up at your local warehouse or delivered right to your doorstep. You can’t beat that. Costco is a fantastic place to get your hands on groceries, outdoor gear, supplies, camping items, electronics and so much more.

Just to reiterate, with this deal, you basically get the Costco Executive Membership for $85 — $130-$45 — and the Costco Gold Membership for $45 — $65-$20. After qualifying, it will take about two weeks to get your digital card, but that’s it. Let’s Cost-co!

Cyber Monday alert — Get great TV sound with the Sonos Beam 2 at 26% off
A woman touches a Sonos Beam 2 that is below her TV.

It's Cyber Monday and the last big named day of the 2024 deals season (except, perhaps, Christmas Eve). While there are plenty of Cyber Monday deals to be found, the deals people are interested in now tend to shift to the more digital realm. That can mean Cyber Monday AirPods deals and Cyber Monday iPad deals, but it also means that deals at your local retailer will be more technologically oriented. Here, we're looking at the Sonos Beam Gen 2 (or Sonos Beam 2, for short) that we think you'll want for the shiny new TV you picked up over the weekend. TVs, as you've probably noticed, don't have the audio power they did when we were kids and can really benefit from the boost, so get the Sonos Beam 2 for $369 while this deal lasts. That's a savings of 26% or $130 down from its usual $499 price. Tap the button below to grab it now, or keep reading for our take on it.

Why you should buy the Sonos Beam 2
The main reason to buy the Sonos Beam 2 is to improve your home's entertainment sound system. Despite being a bar that sits under your TV, it is designed to make a 3D sound experience using Dolby Atmos (so long as you have a TV and content that supports it). It'll also give that extra boost that a thin TV just can't provide when it comes to deeper and louder noises. That being said, even people who prefer TV at quieter volumes ("The kids are sleeping!") will enjoy this soundbar as it has a special 'Night Sound' that deemphasizes the bangs while promoting the quieter ranges of sounds so you can still get a full movie experience at night. Finally, sure, soundbars are for TVs, but you can connect this soundbar to other devices to play music as well, so it is a fully-ranged device.

Snag this Cyber Monday Insignia TV deal for just $70 (but you have to act fast)
Insignia F20 Series

Even though Black Friday may be officially over, that just means you can shop Cyber Monday deals — and there are still a lot of great Cyber Monday deals rolling around that are worth grabbing. For example, this 32-inch Insignia TV is a great budget choice if you don't really need anything fancy or want something to kit out a van or RV. Even better, you can snag it from Amazon right now for just $70 instead of the usual $130, which saves you a pretty substantial $60 in the process, so it's well worth picking up if you've needed a smaller budget TV. (Just don't wait too long to take advantage of this deal.)

Why you should buy the 32-inch Insignia F20 Series
The only big disadvantage with the F20 Series is that it only runs a 720p resolution, which, at this size, isn't that big of an issue, especially since you'll likely not be sitting just inches away. A big positive is that this actually makes it a great gaming TV since the lower resolution isn't going to tax something like a budget gaming rig. The same goes for something like the Xbox Series S, and even the PS5 and Xbox Series X can benefit from the slightly lower resolution, especially since most of them are locked at 1080p and 60fps anyway.

Remember no boxes? Get this cigar gift instead and save for Black Friday
Nondescript cigar bundles for when were cigars invented.

You may remember that recently I talked about not buying cigar boxes as gifts. I stand by that for a few reasons. The biggest is that they can be expensive, even on sale, and a box includes a lot more cigars than a sampler or small bundle. That means, if you pick wrong, and it can happen, many of those cigars won't be enjoyed the way you'd want. Instead, it's best to go with a smaller sampler of five to ten cigars max. You'll still need to do a bit of research and find out what your cigar person likes to smoke. But a sampler gives them a bigger variety and you more chances to earn a hit.

Just to provide you an example, this five-cigar sampler with is only $47, normally $55. Or, the is only $77, normally $85. Each pack includes five different cigars, the perfect cigar gift. Head on over to Famous Smoke Shop to check out their big sampler sale for Black Friday and you're sure to find something in there.
