Frank & Oak’s inspiration behind their new April Collection, Fresh Perspectives, came from the idea of looking beyond the known in our cities and uncovering the hidden gems that show the true heart and character of our stomping grounds. With spring in the air and warmer temperatures on the horizon, Frank & Oak is transitioning from layers to short sleeves and tees. They’re unique concept of an escape also means that their showcasing bold prints and statement pieces to give you a confident look during your Staycation.

Two fashionable materials that they’re working with this spring are denim and linen. Some of the more popular styles feature a Short-Sleeve Denim Shirt in either blue or black, and a Collarless Short-Sleeve Linen-Blend Shirt in white. Frank & Oak is also well-known for some great printed shirts and this month is no different with their new Fruit Fiesta Printed Short-Sleeve Poplin Shirt in both blue and red. These fun, bright shirts are perfect for sunny weekends and pair well with their Tyler Skinny Stretch Denim Jeans in dark grey and Cotton Twill Hi-Top Sneakers in off-white for a complete, top-to-bottom look.

Frank & Oak’s Lightweight Loose Fit T-Shirts are sure to be one of the hottest selling items from this month’s collection. They’re available in either white heather or black heather, and both are stylish basics that feature a space-dye pattern which has become really popular in men’s street-wear this season. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and they pair well with either the Tyler Skinny Stretch Denim Jeans in black or the Lincoln Twill Pant in kelp.

This “pants-less” craze has gone way overboard recently (We’re looking at you, Alexander Skarsgård) so instead of exploring the city in your boxers, Frank & Oak is dishing out some shorts that’ll make you want to say, “Suns out, thighs out.” Their Long 5-Pocket Slim Shorts in dark grey, dark green, and true black are great options for a day at the ballpark or a stroll through the city. These shorts are Frank & Oak’s famous twill pants cut just above the knee for a slight ease at the thigh and a slim leg opening. Depending on where you’re from, it might take a while longer for the weather to transition from winter to spring. Frank & Oak took that into consideration this April, and they’ve made the perfect lightweight jacket for your Staycation. The Water-Resistant Ike Jacket in navy was designed by the army and modernized for the contemporary closet. During this time of the year, April showers are always a possibility. No better brands can handle the task of reimagining sneakers than atmos and adidas. Having partnered on collaborations before, atmos and adidas have plenty of experience creating unique designs. In honor of the Japanese retailer’s 25th anniversary, both brands couldn’t pass up the opportunity for another stellar sneaker release. The latest collaboration takes on another iconic adidas sneaker with an earthy and lush touch for a more sophisticated look.  This release seems more special than previous partnerships, using key details from both brands and their heritage. With a special nod to nature, the sneaker is far more than just another brand partnership. 
atmos x adidas Tobacco “Nenrin”

For their 25th anniversary, retailer atmos has reimagined adidas’ slim Tobacco silhouette and have given it proper tribute. Using Yakushima’s ancient Yakusugi cedar trees as inspiration, the new design uses a dark brown suede upper and a rich green velour material filling into the sneaker’s The Three Stripes emblem to craft the shoe. With an exclusive tag donning “DESIGNED IN TOKYO” placed on the back of the tongue in gold lettering to mark the partnership. In a subtle yet impactful nod, the sneaker’s insole has a tree ring graphic, a symbolic gesture to honor the Yakusugi trees. Available for purchase via the atmos web store, the adidas retails for around $123. While the sneaker’s inspiration draws from the striking Yakusugi trees, there’s no doubt some symbolism in the design that gives a nod to the retailer’s monumental growth over its 25 years. As the retailer continues to participate in premium collaborations with adidas and more, there’s no doubt this won’t be their final anniversary celebration.
