The announcement of this new roast is a continuation of the partnership between both brands, which began in June 2024. Lavazza is now the official partner of Lamborghini, which means Lavazza coffee is served at the Automobili Lamborghini Museum in Bologna and featured at Lamborghini events across Italy and abroad.

Each cup of this bold, creamy coffee yields an experience Lavazza believes should be shared. The brand encourages coffee drinkers to be inspired by their stories, all while sipping on a new standard of sophistication. The Lavazza x Lamborghini is available for purchase online through Lavazza’s website and Amazon. The whole bean bag of coffee contains 2.2 lbs of beans and is priced at $25.99 per bag. The brand has not noted how long this exclusive blend will be available, so be sure to purchase it while you can. The blend is available exclusively in whole bean form.

This new ube espresso martini could be Starbucks’ next big trendsetter
Starbucks Ube Espresso Martini

With summer just around the corner, Starbucks Reserve Roasteries have announced an exciting new summer menu, starting May 6th in Seattle, Chicago, and New York City locations. As I perused the new summer menu, I was instantly drawn to the image of a bright purple Ube Espresso Martini. The new Ube Espresso Martini is a new take on the Starbucks Reserve Signature Espresso Martini, with a bright purple ube twist. It's made with Starbucks Reserve Espresso, Kalak Vodka, Cream, and White Mocha sauce, topped with Ube Coconut Cold Foam. This drink seems like "Starbucks" to me.

I've seen the trending ube latte recently, but I am intrigued by this interesting take on an espresso martini. I've seen a lot of dessert espresso martini variations, from the tiramisu version to the s'mores espresso martini. But an espresso martini with a purple yam? That's something people (including me) are curious to taste. If you haven't already hopped aboard the ube trend and live near a Starbucks Reserve location, this seems like a great time to get your feet wet. If I were local to a Starbucks Reserve location, trying this espresso martini would top my to-do list. Luckily, something tells me the Ube Espresso Martini will make its way to other coffee shops and bars soon.

Could more coffee keep you stronger as you age? New study says yes
Maybe drinking 4 to 6 cups a day is the answer
Pouring a cup of coffee

Have you been secretly hoping there's something good from your coffee addiction? New research suggests that coffee drinkers who regularly consume 4 to 6 cups of coffee per day may be at a decreased risk of frailty. According to a new study published in the European Journal of Nutrition, consuming 4- 6+ cups of coffee daily is associated with a lower risk of frailty in older adults. This latest study finding is the first that explores how coffee intake can impact various components of frailty, based on Fried's five-component frailty phenotype, a tool used to assess frailty in older adults. The tool examines multiple symptoms of frailty, such as weight loss, weakness, exhaustion, slow gait (walking) speed, and low physical activity.

Unlike previous studies that link coffee consumption to a decreased risk of developing chronic diseases, this innovative study explores how long-term coffee-drinking habits could affect strength. The researchers used data from the Longitudinal Aging Study Amsterdam (LASA), which followed 1,161 adults aged 55 and over for seven years. Ultimately, the results of this study indicate that those with a higher habitual coffee consumption may be at an overall lower risk of frailty, which could be a direct result of the antioxidant content found in coffee. Researchers hypothesize that antioxidants may reduce inflammation and fight against muscle loss and damage.
